What This Website Is

pavehealth.app is the public landing site for PaveHealth, a medical travel coordination service operated by HCASB that helps international patients find and arrange care with specialists and hospitals in Malaysia. It also hosts the policy pages required for the PaveHealth Calendar Integration.

This website provides general information only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Medical Emergencies

Enquiries and Coordination

Submitting an enquiry is a request only. It does not book an appointment, confirm a specialist, select a hospital, or guarantee any treatment, price or timeframe. A care coordinator may contact you to confirm details and availability.

The enquiry form on this website does not transmit data. It is a display-only form that is not connected to a server, so nothing you type reaches us. To contact us, use the email address, the WhatsApp link, or the PaveHealth portal instead.

Do not submit confidential medical records or sensitive information through a general website form unless we have directed you to an approved secure channel.

Information About Specialists, Hospitals and Costs

Specialist profiles, hospital information, treatment descriptions and any indicative cost ranges shown on this site are provided for general guidance. Availability, suitability, inclusions and final pricing vary by case and are confirmed individually. Any comparison between countries is indicative only and may not compare like-for-like services.

The PaveHealth Calendar Integration

The PaveHealth Calendar Integration is an internal tool used by HCASB’s own coordination team to synchronise scheduling with Google Calendar. It is not offered to patients, specialists or the general public, and this website does not provide access to it.

Authorised users of the integration must use it only for legitimate care-coordination scheduling. You must not use it to access, copy or disclose calendar data that you are not authorised to handle. Our handling of information accessed through the integration is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• Interfere with website security, availability or functionality
• Upload malicious code, or misuse forms and communication features
